Beta Features: Some features may be designated as beta, experimental, or preview. These features are provided "as-is" and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

3. Eligibility

To use Agente Personal Panchito, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the services under applicable laws
• Have a valid Google account for authentication purposes

Minors: If you are between 13-18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

4. User Accounts

• Attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful or inappropriate content
• Use the AI for purposes that violate third-party rights

5.4 Consequences of Violation

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Removal of content
• Legal action, including reporting to law enforcement
• Liability for damages caused by your violations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and materials provided through Agente Personal Panchito, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, algorithms, and AI models

are owned by Agente Personal Panchito or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

7.2 AI-Generated Content

The AI agent generates responses based on algorithms and training data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. You should verify important information independently.

The services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Google OAuth). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

7.4 Not Professional Advice

Agente Personal Panchito does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Do not rely on the AI agent for professional guidance. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTE PERSONAL PANCHITO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This limitation applies to:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or AI responses
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
• Interruption or cessation of services
• Bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted through the services
• Any reliance on AI-generated content

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
